Room only bookings have the option of adding breakfast on at the point of booking if desired.
Dog friendly rooms and pods are not available to book through booking.com but are available to book directly.

Dogs Policy
We are delighted to accept Dogs in our bar and some of our hotel rooms and pods.
Please see below the rules we would ask dog owners to adhere to for the comfort of their pets and all guests in the hotel
In the bar, please keep your dogs on a lead and ensure they don’t sit on the furniture
We have 2 dog friendly glamping pods (1 family and 1 of our pods for 2 adults) available as well as one standard double and one standard twin room.
There is a maximum of 2 dogs allowed in any of our dog friendly rooms and a cleaning fee of £20 applies. This should be added as an extra upon booking. Please ensure dogs are kept off the beds and furniture. Although welcome in the bar, dogs are not allowed in the dining room, where breakfast and is served.
Please note it is only Pod 1 or Pod 6 and Rooms 14 and 15 that are dog friendly. If these rooms are already booked, we have no other dog friendly rooms available.
There will be a charge made should your pet cause any damage to any hotel property.
Please contact the hotel if you require any further information on any of the above.
All bookings must be guaranteed with a credit/debit card. Nothing will be charged to the card prior to your arrival (although its validity will be checked so please ensure that you provide the correct details).
All room rates are subject to alteration at the discretion of the owners.
In either of the situations detailed below the cost of the room for one night, less breakfast (currently £12.50 per person) will be taken from your card:
Failure to arrive on the expected date before the latest time of arrival of 11.00 pm (23.00 hours). If, for any reason, you believe you will arrive after that time please contact us on 01847 611216.
Cancellation of booking giving us less than 48 hours notice.
The Hotel reserves the right to charge guests the cost of rectifying damage or soiling, caused by accidental, deliberate, negligent or reckless act of the guest to the Hotel’s property or structure.
